Purpose: Child welfare, Disability, Health
Aim/Objective/Mission: Aasha is an autonomous and registered
voluntary organisation formed and run by families and
well wishers of mentally disabled persons for the rehabilitation
of mentally disabled. Keeping families informed of available
resources through meetings; eradicating the stigmas associated
with mental illness; and stimulating the development of
needed services for the mentally ill are some of the issues
taken up by the organisation. |
