Purpose: Rural Development, Science and Technology
Aim/Objective/Mission: CART is a non-profit, people centered development group whose members are predominantly students and faculty of a technical institution. CART has evolved programs on energy, habitat, water lifting, AT devices, resource management, environment & development and micro enterprises. Implementation of these programs has involved field level experiences and grass root level interaction. The centre also runs a resource centre and a technology demonstration centre.
