Purpose: Development(General)
Aim/Objective/Mission: GPC functions on the premise that
man is not born to live in isolation but is essentially
a social entity and simultaneously independent and inter-dependent.
It believes in soundness of a humanitarian and holistic
approach to development. All GPC's programmes are inspired
by the Gandhian ideal of making the educational process
intensely practical. The system educates the people by
teaching them to learn from individual and social experience
and helps to develop their individual skills in a manner
that they complement the needs of the community. |
