Aim/Objective/Mission: JERDS aims to create opportunities for self employment in the rural families, especially the underprevileged sections, thus ensuring sustainable livelihood, enriched environment, improved health care, better quality of life and human values. To achieve this the organisation carries out various developmental, research programmes, encouraging effective use of local resources, extension of appropriate technologies and upgradation of skills and capacities through community participation.
