Purpose: Women's issues
Aim/Objective/Mission: The Mahilashram aims to provide
shelter for and render assistance to women and girls in
distress. It tries to rehabilitate these women and girls
through formal and non formal education, vocational training,
job placement, marriage, counselling, etc. It also has
sponsorship schemes for the students interested in higher
studies but cannot afford it |
