Aim/Objective/Mission: UPKAAR is a charitable institute
committed to the needy, poor, downtrodden and disabled.
All it's units render various services to bring these
vulnerable sections of the society into the mainstream.
It has established a home for the aged which conducts
various activities to help these people live a healthy
life. UPKAAR also conducts various immunization programmes
for diseases like polio. It's limb centre provides various
aids and appliances for the disabled. Training programmes
for the deaf, diagnostic centre for the exceptional children,
