Purpose: Health
Aim/Objective/Mission: VEI is a premiere non-governmental
charity organisation working in the area of ophthalmic
health and providing qualitative and quantitative eye
care in and around Delhi. Here cases of cataract, corneal
blindness, refractive error, glaucoma and trachoma are
handled. It also runs hospitals which are fully equipped
with modern technology and highly qualified professionals.
It also controls mobile eye-care centres which operate
both from the Base hospital as well as satellite hospitals
catering to the needs of slums and the rural hinterland |
